Station Location and Service Area

Presently, Vital Emergency Medical Services operates a transport fleet of over 30 new and late model vehicles from our Corporate Headquarters located at 1013 Main St., Worcester, MA. This convenient and central location houses our fleet of Basic and Advanced Life Support ambulances, wheelchair vans, our activities bus, and the areas only dedicated bariatric transport unit. Additionally, it is home to our PBS (Patient Billing Services) Department, Telecommunications Center, Educational Conference Center, Fleet Maintenance Center, and Corporate Offices. Our service area extends throughout Massachusetts and beyond for pre-scheduled ambulance and wheelchair van services. We are a proud emergency service provider for a majority of the local skilled nursing, rest home, and assisted living facilities.

Our offices have clean comfortable living and sleeping quarters for our valued staff, heated garages, ample storage areas, and other needs required to meet the regulatory requirements of the EMS industry. We maintain a state-of-the-art training center which hosts classes and meetings for local health care organizations.
